Should the applicant seek to impose restrictions on the use of the information by National Heritage Council of Namibia (NHC) and/or other participating heritage authorities on the national heritage system, or if it is not possible to copy or lift information from any part of the material submitted, the case will not be processed."

Standard clause for all applications submitted to NHC
