Brief History

The Commissioner's house has three historical dimensions, first as a recruitment house where the native workers were recruited to go to tthe farms and South African mines, secondly the house of the native commissioner of Kavango and then it was the borderding landmark between Mbunza and Sambyu Traditional Authorities.
