In the city centre in a small park, next to another memorial that commemorates the fallen of WWII. Placed on a plattform with a bandstand.
SiteComments:
In the form of an obelisk that is topped by a bronze eagle. Erected on an unknown date to commemorate the German soldiers who had fallen in the Herero and Nama wars (1887, 1903, 1906-1907). Commemorative services every November.
